4 Things That Clog Your Skin Pores

Blackheads, whiteheads and, the worst of all, acne, are all conditions caused by clogged pores. you have a pretty high chance of getting, at least, one of these problems at some point, especially, if you live in an urban environment. But the good news is that you can avoid them even before they appear by taking good care and by avoiding few things.

Here are the 4 main things that cause clogged pores on skin and the remedies for a clean and clear skin:

1. Pollution:car_pollution

Especially in urban areas, air is full of pollutants, exhaust fumes from vehicles. Added to this is our lifestyle. We don’t really drink enough water to remove toxins from our body. We also indulge on junks or fried foods. You can combat the blemishes if you make a habit of cleansing more times a day. Include a good cleanser and few cotton balls always in your hand bag so that you can cleanse your face a few times a day. Also at the end of the day follow the wash cloth face steam method. It opens the pores perfectly and you can deep clean the pores using a cleanser or salicylic face wash.

2. Cosmetic products:cosmetics

Women often try new skin products and makeup products. Layering the skin with a number of cosmetics can effectively clogs the pores which causes acne, whiteheads or blackheads. Try not to wear a heavy makeup for everyday and try keeping it as minimal as you can. At the end of the day never ignore to remove makeup completely and clearly.

3. Dead skin cells:exfoliation

Your body releases dead cells all the time. They form a very thick plug in the pores. If the pore gets completely blocked, you get whiteheads. If they are not completely blocked, you get blackheads. Wash the face and follow up with a good moisturizer, use homemade exfoliates at least twice a week and steam your face to make it easy to clean them. Use homemade face packs to reduce the blemishes.

4. Sebum:oily-skin

The function of sebum is to keep the skin moisturized and to get the dead skin cells out of the pores. If you don’t cleanse the skin, the dirt and the dead skin cells piles up with sebum and clogs the pores. Bacteria gets attracted due to this and causes acne. Also if you over wash and let your skin get too dry, the glands will start producing excessive amounts of sebum to compensate, which makes the skin more worse. Use a good cleanser and keep the skin hydrated.

  1. I do consider all of the ideas you’ve offered for your post.
They’re really convincing and can certainly work. Nonetheless, the posts are very
short for beginners. Could you please extend them a bit from subsequent
    time? Thanks for the post.
